How long does my order take to ship?

Each order is handcrafted. Thus, processing times are in place for all orders. You’ll get a shipment notification email with tracking once your package is shipped.
Delivery times are on the shipping option selected at checkout.
Processing is separate from shipping.

OUR NORMAL PROCESSING TIMES ARE 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS. DURING COVID - PROCESSING TIMES MAY BE DELAYED.

Do we offer international shipping? 

Currently, we only ship to USA & Canada

What is your return/damage policy? 

RETURN: Our apologies, we don’t currently accept any returns due to covid related restrictions.

DAMAGED: If this does occur, please email contact@astoraskin.com: Subject line 'DAMAGED' with your first and last name, order number and two clear photos of the damage. We ask that you report any damage within 48 hours of delivery so that we can replace the item(s) for you. Damage out of this time frame will be handled at our discretion.
